Good Morning Early Birds!

Friday. Wall to wall cloud again this morning, not raining though...yet!
Not much running around to do, a phone call to make at 0730, then just collect the paper and a wee bit of shoplifting to do. What happens after that depends on (A) The weather and (B) how much energy I've got, which is not much at the moment. One of them days methinks!

ok if not a little baked, this humidity is taking it's toll.
slept till 3am then awake on and off, not good. But will see what the
weather does later on, would be good if it rained for a little bit,
it might just take the sting out of this indoor heat.

my shower unit is on the blink, so having to get the plumber in this morning to see if it can be fixed. Heavens only knows what this is going to cost, hundreds at a guess.

they have a call out charge of 84. quid or so, so getting a new unit may be in the hundreds....

it would have to go now, it pumps out either scalding water or
freezing cold, so its probably the thermostat according to the
plumber...

ouch! That seems a bit over the top to me.
In a previous life a friend and I ran a maintenance, repair and minor building jobs, we never had a call out charge.
