Thank you, Gness.

The video, from last year's Suffolk Day, is much better than the one above:

Thanks, Tony. I might even be tempted into indulging in a drop of alcohol tonight. (It'll be the first for a month. The hospital won't let me drink beer or wine but I'm allowed spirits, so I'll be able to find something to enjoy, I'm sure!)
Enjoy your tipple or 2 Chris.
Happy Suffolk day Buenchico, enjoy your tipple.
We have Poitin, Chris if you want to drop in....x

Thanks, Tony & Marval.

I've just found a couple of cans of pre-mixed JD & Coke in the cupboard, so they'll save me from having to go down to the Co-op.

Cheers!

Poitín's fine, Gness, as long as you can avoid the póit in the morning ;-)
We only have the good stuff my cousin makes up in the mountain, Chris....you'll be fine.... :-)
Question Author
Do I have to promise not to tell the Gardaí about what's going on up in the mountain then, Gness?
Ohhhh I can almost see the moon shine over the mountains of mourne ;-)

For Tonyav:

My Poitin making cousin and I are cousins to two of the Guards, Chris....so all's fine..... :-)
Visited Jack Daniels distillery, although it's a "dry" county the fumes from the neat alcohol while it was going through charcoal filters was enough to get you high.
Question Author
It's not what you know but who you know in Ireland then, Gness ;-)
Question Author
I've never been particularly keen on visiting the USA, TonyV, but you're getting me interested ;-)
Moonshine I had in Tennessee was something else, very smooth.
Oh very much so, Chris..... :-)

TonyV.....My daughter, in junior school, had to do a holiday project.
We were touring Scotland which meant many distillery tours. She soaked a piece of cotton in Whisky and turned it into a very successful Scratch and Sniff for the project book........her teachers loved it!..... :-)
Chris I used to have girlfriend out there. it was only 6 hours away.
