Hi- I think you are pressing submit before you have had chance to complete the bigger Question Details box with clue, letter pattern, crossword name etc. There is even a title builder that works pretty well. If for some reason your browser/device doesn't show a question details box then put all the information in the title box. If you miss any information you can add it just by replying to your own question (unless you also have a device/browser which doesn't allow you to submit replies)
