I wonder if some kind person could explain the following clues and answers please.
"Story teller on reflection runs over beginning of Treasure Island "(8)
The answer seems to be " narrator" but I cannot see why ( other than the story teller bit of course")
And the other one I'd be glad to understand is:
"What may regularly be hit swinging round a large club" (5)
The answer seems to be " tibia" but why?

Narrator (storyteller) - 'r(uns) o(ver) t(reasure) Arran' (all reflected; back)

37a Tabla (Indian drum) - 'a l(arge) bat' (round)
Arran (Island) + T(reassure) + o(ver) + r(uns)

Thank you so much. I have just returned from my enforced exams absence ( last one I hope). I should certainly have worked out " narrator" . A small excuse on the second one: I hadn't heard of a tabla.
As ever thank you Lie-in- King for your continuing patience and generous help. And thank you too, kettledrum
