Thinking of getting myself a uke and learning to play it. There are lots of cheapies out there around the £20-£40 mark, but was just wondering which brands I should be looking at.

The list is endless. Brands vary depending on your budget.

Thanks for that. They've got a very comprehensive reviews page with price guides, so jolly useful. I've also just found out that my bloke's drumstick supplier is also a distributor of imported ukes, so I'm going to ask him as well.
best to try it to see if ur fingers fit the frets & neck
Be good if you can spell it right if you are going to learn to play it :-)

It is Ukulele

Question Author
Tamborine, I have played one a little bit before, so fit isn't a problem.

VHG, I'm glad you spotted my deliberate mistake. Good job spelling doesn't affect performance, eh?
