Try

viaggio (noun), viaggare (the activity of travelling), volare (fly).

I come from Poland, but speak Italian that is the closest to Latin you can get today.

I thought, Bartholomew, that in Homes & Garden (council flat in Wandsworth) you stated you were from Denmark?

Sorry just to report to the answer.

I lived in Denmark 5 years that's all.

It doesnt matter where you come from. What matters is what you think!

eo ire itum: to go, proceed, travel, move along...

I like the German word for aircraft... Flugzeug... kind of rolls off the tongue... but the German word for travel, fahren or reisen (verb form) are a little pedestrian (pun only slightly intended)...

I like the french, voyage

erm...

Me transmitte sursum, caledoni

or

'bene ambula'

ok, the first one is:

Beam me up, Scotty

the 2nd one, in full:

bene ambula et redambula - a safe journey to you

journey = iter, itineris

Actually, travel is related to the word travail - they both come from a medieval Latin word meaning an instrument of torture. Must have been thinking of charter flights.
In Greek it's Taxithi - Kalo Taxithi is the same as Bon Voyage
Goo = Black Country for travel, as in 'We'm gooin ter Barmouth aggen this year'.
