I think life is all about give AND take. I do get pleasure from giving, particularly where my loved ones are concerned. And despite being laid on all night by a snoring, grunting dog... I couldn't ask him to move so I just lay there pinned down... lol

I really get a lot of pleasure from giving and like boxtops says I am really genuinely chuffed if I get an unexpected gift like my son sending me flowers for nothing at all or my daughter giving me her old make up (all mainly unused !) and most of all giving me a kiss and a cuddle whenever she sees me and saying always 'love you Mum' Priceless.

(Quickie to boxtops -she got an appointment for next week but she booked a knee jerk holiday when she heard so she goes on the 20th May.Will keep you posted -nerves kicking in a bit now -both of us :( Thanks for always remembering x)

Not too bad, Bobbi... we just had a terrific storm. The rain was coming down so hard and fast that we couldn't see the sea. I temporarily lost internet connection, but it's back now along with the leccy. I just had to do a computer restart because of it all. Grrrr....

Apart from that, I'm swell. How's things with you, mí amiga?
