Its is someone who takes me micky of people's posts.
mamjet/tetjam pooplung and ones with cancer in the name are popular ones.
Althought I feel like one myself tonight.
I'm sure other people could give better definitions however.

A troll is someone who posts something provocative to get a reaction and winds people up.

It doesn't actually come from troll as in hiding under bridges and jumping out at Billy Goats but from an American term for fishing with a lure.
