William goes swimming. /Willemina goes swimming.
A wet willie is whenever you allow your willie to get wet. This can be in the bath for example or maybe even shower. To avoid a wet willie keep it dry or away from water. Talcum powder in your jim jams is a good way to chase away those wet willie blues!
A "williwaw" is a sort of wind, if that's what you mean(?). Otherwise it might be a handsome prince playing water polo at uni.
One definition is that it is the childish trick of wetting your finger with saliva and then rubbing it in someone's ear!
Yeah- quizmonster has it right- it doesn't mean literally having a wet willy!! Suck your finger then poke it into someones ear - ONLY INTO THE EARLOBE- NO FURTHER
Whoops poster early- anyway: Yeah- this trick is all about surprise- don't bother forcing your finger into someones earlobe if they know you're going to or they'll resist and someone wil get hurt - probably you. Hears (intended pun) the technique-- when behind someone, just get it nice and moist- a good wet tip really adds to the annoyance- then get the inside of the lobe all wet. A swift smooth (un-nailed) motion is required for this. Pulled off properly, the recieving party should recoil and attemp immediate removal of the saliva from their ear. Then you have to bolt before they smack you one. Maybe I should write a book.
Or get a life... :o)
you wet your finger and stick it in someones ear
