A Spin Doctor is a person expert in the drying cycle of a washing machine. Sometimes they get caught in the fast revolving parts and end up running in giddy circles uttering dizzy rubbish. At other times they borrow materials from their painter friends and the fast whizzing causes everything to get covered in whitewash.

a spin doctor is a person who is employed in order to put the best possible interpretation on news stories and events so as to improve the public image of his employer. so a spin doctor would describe Noahs flood as "a comprehensive sanitisation programme"
