Time spent focussed on the person you are giving it to. The concept is that you may be in the same room as or in general proximity to someone, but doing entirely separate things and therefore not interacting so although you may spend long periods together, you are not giving each other quality time ie not really "being together" btw is ther a prize for fitting the most buzz words into one answer and do I win it?
