that doesn't sound quite right. Normally you would say something like 'make the most of an opportunity' but if you're applying for a job you don't want to sound as if it's all about you - so you may need to say something like 'I believe this would be a great opportunity for me to offer something to your company'.
(It's a long time since I went for a job, and younger ABers may be able to phrase this better.)
Hi Bart, Totally agree with Jno. The phrase about the opportunity to offer something to the company is a good one. Remember if you get an interview, if it is a good one they will ask you what do you thinkg you can offer the company, or something like. Phrasing the ;letter as Jno suggests should indicate to them that you have given some thought about what you can do for them.
Anyway good luck Rgds Al
You could use the phrase "fit in" when you explain how you will "fit in" with the other people there. You could say you "fit" the job description, or your job skills "fit" their needs, or you would be "a good fit" for the position. These all are based on the image of a puzzle piece fitting into an open space in the picture, or a peg fitting into a hole.

But I agree with the others -- I wouldn't say "I fit in this opportunity" -- it doesn't make sense.
