I've got all the joys of an eye test this morning, new glasses required, more expense.

Two more dinner parties to plan for, that'll keep me out of mischief...not that I can ever find any. :-/

Good morning, the wind is strong here today and the dogs have been up since 415am.
Gotta go into work today for a few hours but after that my day is free. So are meeting up with a friend and her children for lunch apart from that I am at a loose end.

Spent today working on some outdoor seats I have an order for, also watched young master Oz mow the lawn for me, that was a highlight!!!!

The frames I have were expensive, I like them, they are lightweight and comfortable, they came from the place I'm going so if they try to tell me they can't fit new lenses there will be a major tantrum!

Unless the lenses are full on "multi-focal" most will fit any frame.

lurgy much improved, oh getting there.. popped to tesco for a few bits , mainly for the neighbours, then to cemetery then a long, nearly 10 mile walk, blown away the cobwebs, ate a proper meal, first since Christmas Day..so well on the mend...touch wood !

Similar to mine, same breed.
I have small frames. grandpa style ;-/

Thinking I might get a second pair that don't turn into sun glasses coz it becomes difficult going from full Aussie glare to dim.
Gotta wait for the specs to adjust.

Why not! I don't put any up these days, just a line for the cards, and that will come down today.

I have two spare pairs, one photochromic and one not. I found the fault of having only one pair a long time ago!

what to do with all the cards ? recycling can't do the glitter or bows etc.. at least I don't have a dead tree to fret over
