Yuk, I am not a great cheese lover. I can eat it in meals like spag bol and pizza, but not straight into my mouth.

Keep, and eat as you fancy it. If it grows mould (which it won't for ages) just cut it off and enjoy the rest. I wish I'd been given that, it looks lovely.
