Hi!

I just signed the petition "theresa may: Keep Murad in the UK" on Change.org.

It's important. Will you sign it too? Here's the link:

What a fantastic young man, Sandy........signed....x
Signed, thanks Sandy
Can I ask two things,
What makes him any different to anyone else with no right to be here?
Are you prepared to take him in sandyroe?

Amphilogiai, do you think he would be a burden on our society or an asset to it?
As he is now he is an Illegal without permission to be here so a burden!
Thirty odd years ago my daughter arrived here....illegally and with no permission to stay.....

Has she been a burden....no...an asset...yes......

Amp....you'd send him back to endure what he had to escape from? This lad who already has given so much.....maybe even more than you have?
If we let everybody in or stay, who say it would be dangerous to go back to their homeland, we would have thousands of migrants from Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria etc.

He maybe a nice lad, but so are some of the others.
true trt
So you'd send him back to possibly suffer the fate he watched befall his dad and uncle?

You'd do this to a child?
They all have a sob-story to tell!
I was born here, now employ a number of Brits in London area, I pay my way.
Amp...that you dismiss this as a sob story tells me all I need to know about you.
Sadly he left thousands of others in Afghanistan who are still there. He happened to be cunning or enterprising enough to flee the country. Are we suppose to allow all the other residents of Afghanistan into the UK as well? I think NOT. He entered this country illegally and was ,in my opinion, wrongly granted Asylum in this country. I say this because he entered the UK in a lorry so it would be reasonable to assume he came via Europe and therefore should have applied for Asylum in the first country he entered to offer safe haven. Like most other asylum seekers he chose to ignore those other countries and come to the UK. We are led to believe that the coalition considered they have left Afghanistan a safer and better place. After an intense training programme given to the Afghan National Army and Police the coalition troops were withdrawn. This refugee would better serve his own country, now he has turned 18yrs of age, and follow in the footsteps of his relations who were in the Afghan Police and rebuild the country he fled from. No. He should no longer be allowed to stay.
Signed. He has so much to offer...it would be immoral to send him back.
If more people were prepared to stand up and be counted, this Country, MY Country, might not be in the mess it's in now, Liberal attitudes do us no favours, just turn us into a laughing stock!
It could be that most people just don't want to stand up beside those who think like you, Amp....
I suspect some have not even bothered to read the list of his accomplishments. Let him go back when he is armed with knowledge. To do so now would see him killed most likely...he would be a target.
If we allow him to stay in the country it would only encourage more people to escape a miserable and potentially very short life spent in daily fear of terror attacks that kill scores of people, young and old, all the while in a country that remains on the edge of collapse into a failed regime.

//The 18-year-old’s former foster carer, who asked not to be named, said at least three officers with two cars and a white van hammered on her door in Lowestoft on Sunday morning believing Murad still lived there//.
He is not a child as you suggested at 1434
I think, Pasta that his list of accomplishments is putting some on this thread to shame.
This is not about 'liberal attitudes'. It is about compassion, and morality. This young man has already done more that ten British kids of the same age.
