The flotilla is a wonderful sight but I have to admit to it also sending me to sleep. Maybe its more fun if you're there.

I read earlier that apparently the Queen was banned from here in 2008 for not thanking posters for their answers.

Slapshot - I have little time for the royal family in general but the Queen has done a good job and is a good ambassador, Prince Philip amuses me.

There is very little, or no, apparently celebration here in the frozen north.
