Hi all!!
I am setting up my Justgiving page for the race for life this year and am stuck on the correct grammer I should use for the name of our group. I am running with my 2 daughters so have called us "The Wilson Girls" (Not my real surname, nearly put it but thought better of it lol) anyway.... The Justgiving page has put an ' in there so it reads "The Wilson Girls's page" which doesn't look right to me.

I would be most greatful if someone could tell me the correct grammer please.

Many thanx :o)

Brilliant and super speedy!!! Thank you both :o)
Without wishing to be churlish, grammar is not a word to be mis-spelled when asking for "correct wording"!
Question Author
You can be as churlish as you like Capeman, I got my correct wording so all is good :o)
It sould read Girls'
That's how I was taught anyway.....
bob.
Simple way to remember this rule: Who does the page belong to, to one girl or to more than one girl?

If one girl it is the page of the girl, so "the girl's page". If more than one girl it is the page of the girls, so the girls' page.

Simples!!
Because it's the page "belonging" to the girls.

Thank you Bob, New Judge and Chrissa for taking the time to answer. I have already created the page for us to raise money, I just wanted to answer Capemans reply as I have only just seen it.
I will try to remember your rules for future reference :o)
Good luck with it, Wingnut!
Have you got a link to the page?

Your so right Box, I remember when we did it 2 years ago and the finish line was within sight and my (then) 7 yr old daughter said "I can see the finish line Mummy, see you there.." and with that she was off!!! I was barely breathing let alone able to suddenly speed up lol!! very emotional day but so proud to be apart of it :o)
Thanks, Wingnut,
I'm always happy to support fellow ABers and their favourite charities. Good Luck.

Mark! Thank you to you too for your generous sponsorship! I am truely touched by yours and Bob's kindness! I can't wait to tell the girls when they get back in from playing in the snow!!! Thank you again!!!!!! xxxx
No problem. As a matter of interest, why did you set such a ridiculously low target figure...?
