I would have thought 'flight attendant' for the former.
I'm sure the title 'Master of Ceremonies' is used regardless of the gender of the holder. After all, the only alternative would be 'Mistress'...not a word kindly accepted by ladies nowadays! (For example, the mind boggles as to what a "Mistress of Foxhounds" might be up to!)

When the Chaimanship of the Tory Party was in the hands of Theresa May, I understand that she insisted that she be referred to as 'Chairman' and not as 'Chairwoman', presumably realising that so-called correctness can be taken to ridiculous lengths.

Trolly Dolly.
and Gabby Geezer.
I think Cabin Crew and Flight Attendant are the terms used nowadays.....and Quizzy is right as always with master being non gender specific.
Does that mean I have to let women into the Master Bedroom?
"A person with 2 jobs"?
What about masterbate
