Im having lamb chops today what are you doing for lunch ?.

I'm just eating a bag of sweet & crunchy salad with mayo and chargrilled chicken slices.

i havent bothered with a roast for the last few weeks and wont today either just my lamb chops with mash, sweetcorn and peas.

Jus been out for lunch... a scotch egg in sainsbury's car park! lol... got lamb shanks in the slow cooker for later though!! yummy x

They had a nice recipie on this morning for lambshanks done with a whole bulb of garlic look lovely :0)
That does sound nice zzxxee...I'm doing lemon cabbage.. broccoli.. mange tout...and roast spuddies with mine today!..oh and proper homemade gravy..and mint sauce! lol

ohhhhhhhhhhhhh get mrs o and her whole leg of lamb, and poor me with my tiny bag of chops !!!!! :0)
Roast chicken breasts, roast spuds, roast parsnips, sprouts, couli, broc & thinly sliced cabbage. Oh & yorkshire pud's!

That will be at approx 16:00 - I'll be thinking of you...... ;o}
It is very tasty zzxxee...I use green cabbage.. sliced up quite thinly...put a knob of butter in a big saucepan..with some lemon juice.. enough to cover the bottom of the pan.. let it sweat down, then cover the cabbage with some stock.. which ever you prefer then let it cook for about 15 mins..or longer if you prefer your veg very well cooked! x

The boss has gone out for the day with my two sisters so I've just chucked some steak and kidney a load of mixed vegs in the slow cooker with a Knorr beef casserole mix.Smells OK and I'm just going to tryit while it's half time in the Notts County/Man City game
