I purchased a robust silver metal whistle (which is now attached to my key ring) many years back from a boot sale it has THE EMCA CITY ENGLAND WHISTLE stamped on it,,, sooo soooo soooo many people ask me "Is it a police whistle".. and I cant answer them, but its got me going a bit as to where it originated from..... its about 6 cm long ( 2. 1/2 inches ) and 1.1/2cm wide cans anyone enlighten me
