Get his phone number and telephone him, make sure it is a proper land line and not a mobile phone or VOIP number. Get a proper address for him.
I would be very wary too.
If any offer to buy your boat is a scam, the way it normally works is that you will be paid (up front) for the boat and hand it over. Sometime later, you will be informed that the cheque or other payment into your bank (that cleared) was drawn from a fraudulent account and the bank will take the money back.

This is a common scam, perpetrated on those selling prestige cars quite how the banks can justify claiming money back, once a payment has cleared, is beyond me.

As far as the banks are concerned, its heads we win, tails you loose.
If he's approached you, unsolicited, then it's 105% certain it's a scam.

If you've had any previous dealings with him it may not be.
It might just be a coincidence but 'Kenneth Associates' sounds remarkably similar to 'Kenneth Tyler (and) Associates', which has been asked about several times before.

If the address is '168-173 High Holborn', don't touch them with a bargepole. See my post here:

Hello,

I also got a e mail received from Kenneth asscociates london. I do not trust the thing. 1 - it is strange that a large amount money is deposit in your account and that you then have to deposit it to his agency. 2 Is it not strange that someone with a large company that has boats for sale across the world works with a yahoo email address. This guy is na scam.
Hello!,
i have resived also a mail from kenneth to buy my boat, i dont trust it.
