Is the water that must be emptied from my condenser dryer suitable for watering my houseplants?

probably not a good idea as it will contain detergents from the washing machine which may harm the plants.
i agree with hawkwalk. it won't have any minerals either. it would be good for your steam iron or car battery though (if you have an older, top-up type battery) and ( a car..).oh, and a steam iron..
