Deja vu or what!!!
There is no meaning. In-fact the meaning of life is probably the realisation that there is no meaning. But, since everyone else is choosing numbers.. I think it's -16.7 and my reason for choosing this is simply because.

The Death of Forever by Darryl Reanney, makes for very interesting reading on such matters, I can't recommend it enough.
Many apologies to everyone I have misled, had a rethink isn't 42 the secret of the universe? What I should have said is life is a subjective experience and you must find meaning in your life.
'Must find reason in your life'??? No, just lay back and enjoy it!
Rather like house keys, wallets and missing socks. You will discover it when you stop looking. Alternatively, as it will be in the last place you look, think of the most unlikely meaning and that will be it.
