they said that there is no option but knee replacement, what is odd is that they have ordered a CT scan of the left knee, for 27th May, whereas i have already had X ray's, MRI scan on it, perhaps surgery might not be so far away? the Orthopedic consultant said it could be sometime this year or early next....

its a bright morning, the forecast here is for a high of 21c mostly cloudy apparently. Perhaps if it stays clear then i can sit on the balcony and chill out.
