dont forget paracetamol - you can take two big ones ( paracetamol that is!) every four hours ( that is the limit 6g)
if you take ibuprofen, remember lansop for gastric acid

Glad to know you're feeling better. My youngest granddaughter had it at the same time, but spoke to me by 'phone yesterday and is much perkier too. Look after yourself for a bit.
