trouble with getting up so early, is the time spent looking at shopping sites. I must resist the urge to go on them but what else is there to do this early, perhaps don't answer that....

Morning. It's eerily quiet here today. OH started work at 4am instead of the usual 8am, so that he can finish at 12:00 and come home and start working on the house.

The little one is snoring his head off. He's full of cold, poor little angel.

Well I'm on a combination of supplements that was recommended by my friend who is a Consultant Immunologist. Other than taking the usual precautions I don't see what else I can do.

Morning all, a bright one down here again as being reported on Radio 4. Got the lobster look today as three of us went down to watch the sail past of all the old skiffs/classics - some 70 vessels out on the water in the Estuary, then a make-shift lunch outside in the courtyard of the main block of cottages here....
