Just had a ham and tomato sandwich and some crisps with a black coffee

I was going to do scallops and prawns but him being off work ill recently I think he'll be knackered so it'll be a waste.

Might make a spaghetti dish.

I love scallops, one of my faves with some bacon and balsamic.

I have been lucky egg wise.

All my local shops now have plenty of loo roll also. But eggs come and go still.

M & S Thai soup for lunch. Left over pork in a sweet and sour sauce for tonight. You can tell we are in store cupboard rations until shopping tomorrow! We are trying to keep it to every two weeks or so.

I just had a plate of egg mayo, tuna mayo, some terrine of some sort, and Boursin cheese. A square or 2 of 85% chocolate to follow.
I've got some leftover chicken thighs to magic into something later.

I've just had a bowl of homemade leak and potato soup with brown bread.
This evening will be a jar of curry sauce on chicken or eggs as I am in a 'CBA' mood today.

Had a cottage pie for lunch, maybe a Pizza for tea. Got Jen a ready bake lasagne, oh the luxury, but needs must. Got half a spiced chicken thawing for tomorrow.
