Wednesday. It's not frosty this morning! Still a bit chilly though. 5.7°C, which is nearly 7° better than yesterday.

The Wee White Tornado is in residence, but she's not a happy wee lass at the moment, she's a bit under the weather, on meds, giving her them is a pantomime! She's still curled up on my bed. So I will not be out for long this morning.

A cool start to the day, hovering around 35c now.
Got the weeds sprayed, shed tidied.
Updated resume, job interview 6:30 am this Saturday ;-(

I've enjoyed being a self funded unemployed person pottering about making arty-farty furnishings but it doesn't quite pay all the bills.

Met a bloke 2 years ago who intended opening a sandstone quarry about 1/2 hr drive away. He is ready to roll and wants to see if I'll make a good quarryman, I suspect he wants someone to run the show in his absence as he lives about 5-6 hrs away.
So, I'll try my best to impress him with my excavator, loader, stone drill, stone cutter, truck driving etc. skills.
Never operated most of the above, never worked with sandstone but willing to have a go.

awake strangely enough, this getting up at 5 is now a problem, as i get half way through the day and then i am dead to the world, asleep or dozing.

i know but i'd rather sleep through the night to be honest. I know what is causing the problem, bad dreams, anxiety over the DWP Medical assessment, that has me in a total panic. I have got the GP to send another letter on my behalf so will phone them later on to see if they will agree to a home visit.

1ozzy, wise words, but sadly if they press me to go to the medical interview then i might well have a major problem, all i ask is for them to come to me, that they can do, but it's a long wait to find out. Will phone them later to see if they have the GP's letter, it was that or do nothing.

Emmie, my sister had the same interview you are going to have. The interviewer could not have been more helpful and friendly. They doubled her benefit. Good luck to you, be brave.

i have two major difficulties in going to the place, i am not very mobile and have a chronic bowel problem, so i am trying to get them to come to me, as opposed to me go there. Also my anxiety/panic attacks have started again, its why i am awake and up so early...
