in other words, a chocolate sponge with choccy fudge icing inside, on top and round the sides and on fingers as well as the tip of me nose.

Tested a slice, not too bad if I say so myself.

Kettle's just boiled, help yourself to a cuppa and a slice if you fancy :-)
