Partially sighted I was manhandled by a stranger on Man Picc and to be fair to the staff - they could nt give a tass !
Had real problems with ' o mi god if I go out again, will I get manhandled ?' I ended up emailing Mark Carney who I notice is getting his marching orders in todays papers (unconnnected)

I think the tfl person handled this very well....I am not sure I would have been so patient and polite !
Happens all the time in London especially on the tube. Had no end of rows with suits in the rush hour.
As I understand it, the blind person was being escorted by a tfl worker. I wasn't aware that they offered this service but I am pleasantly surprised that they do.
