Thursday. A big moon bright enough to read by, Not much cloud, just the odd little'un, which is no surprise as the 'Odd light shower' we were promised yesterday turned out to be several medium sized showers and two thunder storms of tropical wet monsoon proportions! Typical!

Today is looking better...I hope!

Yes indeed beej. The other email kept coming up with it being too big. I've tried to rectify that but I think it's a problem for G/son to sort out.

tam my bedroom window is permanently open, for that very reason. It's only closed when I'm away overnight.

as long as you seen them wbm - -you've been there - you said- the vastness of the place really surprised me--also the cemeteries-some massive some small- I particularly ''liked'' the Prowse Point one- the willow trees and wee lake made it look v rural English

Yes beej. I visited the area while I was stationed in Germany in the 60's. I was very impressed with the beauty of the monuments and the landscaping. As you say; some of it could well be in England. I was also impressed with the respect of all the visitors. As I've said before, it makes you stop and think doesn't it!

tam the dogs will be fine once they are on the move. :o}
