You are alive. You are, I hope healthy. Exercise helps the happy endorphins so go out for a walk (take umbrella if you are in UK). Buy a magazine or whatever is your kind of thing. Go home - make a drink and toast if you are hungry. Read magazine. That's a start dizmouk.
