I don't think so Naz - I think there will always be scum like this, despite bigger wages.
Surely a case for bringing back institutionalised care homes where they should not be a drain on their children or grandchildren. The cost should fall on the state.
why isn't she charged with manslaughter at least, possibly murder?

rov - there are Care Homes that are paid for by the State (Local Council) but you have to qualify for this i.e. have no savings up to a certain amount etc.

It's true. The 'carer' has been convicted and will be in court soon to be sentenced.
