I am thinking about doing the 3-day lemon diet fast. 3 days initially and then maybe longer the next time. Has anyone tried this or a different fast, and how did you find it?

My wife has done the Lemon Detox diet a three times and it seems to work well. It helps retrain eating habits too which is the key to long term success.

You won't lose weight on these stupid diets and keep it off. You have to go on healthy eating . You may lose it quick on fast diets but you will put it back on twice as fast.I am a great believer in unsweetened grapefruit juice every morning.

Not doing it to lose weight Wendilla- just to retrain and rethink eating, and get back into good habits. I wonder if it will help colitis etc.
