I'm gonna try and make my menu sound like one that Mercia might cook...

Pan fried salmon and live mussels with a creamy garlic sauce, new potatoes crushed with watercress and rocket and freshly grounded black pepper served with honey coated roasted carrots.

Puddind....wine.

Garlic and black pepper chicken with balsamic red onion and cherry tomato stir fry, served over an avocado, pepper and 4 leaf salad. With an oil and lime dressing. And crutons. And chilli cheese bread rolls.
left over beef and prune tagine (jamie Oliver moroccan recipe), basmati rice withonions and cumin seed, and a side salad. Strawbs and yogurt for sweet.
Just got back from Morrisons. I bought fresh Coley for dinner. Scrumptious.

yup ummmm - tuna steak. I'm doing it with a green sauce (parsley, spring onions, anchovy fillets, basil leaves, capers, oregano, extra virgin oo, lemon juice)

ummmm... yes I am. I've been squeezing avocados all afternoon.
Grilled salmon and tomato salsa.
Salmon on a bed of horseradish mash. With petit pois. And a big eff-off glass of chilled rose.
