I think he's still with us, he toures in a musical called "What a Show!", I think, last year (2003).

tania - Tommy is still alive & wearing very well too. He regularly visits his home town of Bermondsey, for his favourite dish of 'Pie & Mash'.

Yes he's in panto here in Manchester this Christmas
