When anyone tries to do anything in secret (as Elvis was here) there are always people who know what is going on.

Elvis must have had some "minders", someone must have driven the car, someone must have provided food for him and so on.

It is very unlikely that ALL the people who were involved in his "visit" would have been able to keep quiet.

As Elvis was so big in those days someone would have rung the newspapers and said "you'll never guess who is in the UK".

It is no coincidence that Tommy Steele is tourng the UK in a musical at the moment so some good publicity for him !!!.

Yep, Tommy's having a successful tour; he told me so when he popped in for tea yesterday.......ha ha ha. I taught him some new guitar chords to help with his tour.....he he he
