What's wrong with me?

Okay, I have a question obviously. I don't know what's wrong with me. I don't think I have OCD, but I do have recurring thoughts, and I always worry and have thoughts that I'm going to forget everything, and I always repeat my name to myself and others' names so I can reassure myself that I haven't forgotten anything. I don't know what's wrong. I always have weird thoughts, that something's wrong with me, or that I feel weird and something's just so wrong. I don't do compulsive things, but I do have obsessive thoughts that come every day, and I hate waking up in the morning, because I'm scared that I'm going to feel the same way. I can't find anyone who relates to me! What's the matter?

Come be anxiety. Talk to your GP
You might also be depressed.
Pluck up courage and tell your GP how you feel.
These kind of ritualistic behaviours are very common in teenagers (If that is what you are?!) and more common than you would think in other people but most are too shy to talk about it.

Speak to your GP who will have heard it all before and ask to be referred to a councillor.

Good Luck!
