Is there a time limit on challenging a will, which has already obtained a grant of probate?

Depends on the challenge you wish to make. Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and under for rectification of the will should be brought within 6 months of the Grant (although in exceptional circumstances it may be possible to make a claim to proceed out of time). Other claims will depend on limitation, laches and acquiescance.
