so what is this all about?an english guy radicalised by muslims?he is mentally ill and yet they encouraged him to make a bomb and detonate it in a restaurant in exeter.yes islam is not an evil race is it?

Sorry, Goodsoulette, your argument just does not stand up. We can see that your facts and statistics are merely plucked out of the air, and can not even start to compare with (the aptly named) figure's well researched, competent and informed answer that;

I notice Legend is going back to this countries colonial past, Thing is its now and here we ar talking about, and I suppose Islam never had a colonial past, did it, just ask the Spanish, and they'll tell him.

stoke your line of argument that people must either believe what you say or they are as bad as murderous and terrorists is weak to the extreme... no body has condoned murder or violence people have simply tried to point out to you that it is a bit simple minded to find out there are a few bad people around and then condemn many millions of people for that crime

Hello...does noone remember the Crusades. So called Christian knights butchering women and children supposedly in the name of Christianity. Oh and the Spanish Inquisition..good catholics all. Tortured christian folk then burnt them alive. But only if they didn't suddenly start to believe in the Catholic church. More recently good Irish folk were bombing the bejesus out of each other and us....in the name of religion.
I feel really sorry for the good hardworking Muslims in our country who are being demonised.

Of course evil things were done in the distant past, but that does not excuse a religion that still lingers in those evil distant days.

What do you think would happen to a white british person in an Islamist Country like India/Pakistan etc..if he tried to stir up racial hatred to overthrow their government?

I made a point on an earlier similar topic that where I am in Scotland we are catholics and protestants et al, but at the end of the day we are Scottish, but with all the Muslims I've met here who were born here and are third and sometimes fourth generation Pakistanis/Indians, then it's their religion that comes first and most of them have never even been back to their "homeland".
I totally agree that this country is too soft on these extremists in allowing them to remain in this country to spout their hatred. Even if they were born in this country they should still be deported to the land that they adore so much - but obviously don't want to live there as it might not have the same standard of living as they have here.
The Police in this country are more than capable of dealing with these people but need to have their hands untied and have real leaders with a bit of bottle.
Unless something is done then organisations like the BNP will continue to recruit vulnerable young people and the problem will only get worse.
I don't believe that it's too late to save the situation in this country, but radical action must be taken soon by the people in power.
