1) No, but if Noel Fielding started endorsing "Goth Juice" the most powerful hair spray known to man or "naboos miracle wax" dont be cynical its a follicle miracle I would queue all night to part with a years wages for it.
2) Gosh, if they were a single parent with young kids or caring for a disabled child then yeah but theres no other reason not to have a job.
