Commission a ship that’s far enough out in deep water not like the one brought to the south west that leaves them free to walk into towns and cities and become untraceable , hand no money over to them ,feed them of course then employ more immigration officers to go to the ship in question to look at their claims, if they aren’t legitimate then send them back on the next flight,Costly?
