Trump Disappointed?

I read in the I today that Trump is livid about the failure of the US population to fully endorse his attempt to win power in the next US election. A lot of his proteges have not done well, and one who did well (disantos) is actually a rival to Trump.
Any well-informed and intelligent views about all this?

plenty of both in Florida - I played a golf course inland from Tampa one time, where one of the Women's PGA use - on the back nine, a 170 yard carry over water on a par 3 - and it was like that scene out of the Bond movie where James walks across the crocodiles in Live & Let Die.

I read somewhere he is blaming Melania for Dr Oz and that if his candidates did well it was because of him but if they did badly it was not his fault

The stuff he said warning DeSantis not to run was said on Monday, ie before the disappointing results and from a position of strength.

How he feels and what he's capable of doing now, apart from being angry and shouting at people is unclear.

I also read that Trump threatened to reveal dirt about diSantos that nobody else knew apart from diSantos's wife. I wonder if there's any truth in that.

as far as I know the threat is real - it's been reported by several sources - but whether the dirt is real, I wouldn't know.
