Not on twitface myself but they say he's going to allow it to become a bigger cess pit than it already is.

It’s not a cess pit in fairness..
Some say it’s over regulated.
I can’t get too worked up about this really. Musk tho is a very vain man and vain men taking over powerful tools like Twitter is something that needs watching
Brilliant. Hope he starts throwing random lefties off the platform for nothing.
I've never bothered with Twitter myself.
However he will probably allow idiot Trump back on it, so it probably will affect me in a roundabout way.
never used it never will - there is already information overload without this claptrap
// It’s not a cess pit in fairness.. //

Now that Musk holds the reins, if he is to do just one good thing, to cull the amount of spam and bot accounts that plague Twitter, then he gets my vote.

Russia unblocked Twitter.
They’ll reblock it again no doubt
It will have zero impact on my life. Left Twitter years ago due to it's toxicity. This just increases my resolve to never return.
Never used it. See no point in starting to use it.
Don’t use it or Facebook
Question Author
Twitter is a “toxic” as you allow it to be.
It’s very easy to block what you don’t want.
For the prurient I’m sure it doesn’t disappoint ;-)
There is something about Elon Musk which deeply worries me.
Don't believe in absolute free speech. I am not a libertarian
Don't use Twitter so change for me is likely to be minimal.
Same as Tuvok ..
Will this news change your life?

Most of you old people on here wouldn't last 2 minutes on Twitter.
You're too rude.
Sorry; when I first saw this post I thought it said, "Heil to the Chief Twit."
The Democrats reckon free speech will destroy democracy, lol,
Twitter is the app spend most time on so maybe.. A lot of the accounts I follow are nature/art/science/humour/sport where the 'toxicity' does not exist (in the case of sport it does to a certain degree but it's manageable) and users don't get banned for their posts. These are unlikely to change.

The news/political accounts I follow are where most of the issues occur and this is likely the bit that will change. I strongly disagree with Trump and Katie Hopkins on most things however I don't think they should have got banned - I used to follow KH and still do follow a few 'right wing' accounts because I want to know what they are thinking, how other right/left people respond to what they are thinking etc. because like it or lump it their points of view are a force in this world. The issue is about giving them a platform, but for all Elon's "anything goes" there will still be government regulation of some form or other if it goes too far.
