morning, Tuesday already, the days are rolling by. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today. I have some chores to do, but they won't take long and then i am meeting up with a friend for lunch. We are going to try a relatively new local Greek cafe, for a change to our usual venue.

todays forecast for the capital is a warm 29c partly sunny, that will do nicely, summer isn't over just yet.

no early risers this morning, still abed by the looks of it, can't say as i blame anyone for having a lie in.......

Good morning all - just popped in as I was passing. Even though I now work from home, I never seem to find enough time to come on here. Maybe it's because I get up later - no more 5am starts!! Emmie, so jealous of you going for a Greek - I just love Greece and the food. There's nothing like landing at the airport, get to the hotel and head down to the local taverna by the sea and having, Saganaki, Squid and a decent Greek salad washed down with a glass of Retsina followed by an ice cold Mythos............

Morning from a grey mid-Cornwall.....not sure what is happening today but will probably head to Falmouth and see the Mater.

will see what's on the menu, i know that they do Dolamades and Souvlaki, so that might be a choice... long time since i was in Greece, too long in fact, it's time i went back. Love the food, the people and the weather.

Anything off the charcoals is good - oh, and those pork chops.....wowzers! Looks like Greece might be out for us, this year, as we will be moving house (in an unspecified period of time), so may miss the season...unless we can catch Crete at the end of October
