Yeth, I am perfectly fine. Just birds of a feather and such cold weather wake the most refined man up early. I shall get some more logs for the fireplace.

just waiting for my appointment with the Orthopedic team on the 29th March, so hope that we can progress my knee pain, apart from that i am ok, how are you?

Glad you are finally getting something done. I am ok thanks. Balance been playing up a bit so don't come on here much when that happens.

tsm, do you have balance problems?

Yes, feels like a really bad case of labyrinthitis for much of the time but when it started a number of years ago it was like a stroke as I couldn't move or get up for around 2 weeks. Manageable these days though for the most.

i have the same, vertigo which i have had for over 30 years, it strikes me every day, but i have learnt to deal with it -

A case of put up with it really as specialists say it will probably be with me all my life.

yes i believe that, i get dizzy when i lie down especially on the right side, nothing i can do about it.
