morning, tuesday and the days are rolling along, i hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a good one. Anyone have plans for today?

Morning, emmie, I'm still awake for a while as I just finished watching "Gran Torino" starring Clint Eastwood. No big plans for today, but I do have to clean a portion of my living room floor. My sister brought some groceries in on Monday and forgot to take her boots off when she came in, so now I have all these salt stains on the hardwood floor. Hey, I'm not complaining...She did the shopping for me:)

i am watching Canada v USA in the womens ice hockey, at the Olympic games. Exciting stuff.

I've never watched any Olympic Games except for when I've been channel-flipping and maybe watched a couple of minutes and then moved on.

its good, ice hockey, figure skating, snowboarding, all exciting stuff.

I've noticed that in the UK you say "ice hockey". I guess that's to differentiate it from field hockey. In Canada, it's just called hockey since field hockey here is only played by girls of rich parents who attend posh girls' only academies:)
