I heard there’s snow around.

yesterday was hard - getting in and out of a car was more than difficult, can't bend my knee without considerable pain, but the timings were ok, got the MRI scan done in about 15/20 minutes, which with headphones on wasn't as bad as i remember, then home by 12.30.

no snow here in London, it's not cold enough at the moment, though can't say that other parts of the country won't be affected.

will have to phone the MSK clinician who will get the results next friday apparently, its takes 5 working days to get them ready.

Morning Emmie and RR. Wouldn’t it be better if you keep the knee moving by going for short walks. I know my thumbs which have arthritis are much better from using?

can't walk on it without dire pain, i have tried believe me, but yesterday was necessary to ascertain what's going on with it, it's like a burning sensation when i stand up and put pressure on it, never had anything like it before...
