when he's finished bouncing it, yes
mr No-vaxx will (probably) be bouncing his balls on court on Monday - informed sources are saying a judicial review and an interim order will be requested, and if granted a bridging visa with working rights will be issued. he's also been excused detention pending any decision.
I hope a lucky loser will gain a chance to progress

I'm not sure this is true: this entire saga started because Novak blabbed about his "medical exemption" on social media. If he'd said nothing, there'd have been no public outcry (or at least it would have been far less intense) and no political pressure in an election year.

No sympathy, mind. But it's ironic how somebody who has kept his medical cards close to his chest in the past has paid the price for not doing that.

Bouncing the ball the way they do, is a skill in itself you know

So what do you suggest the outcome could have been Jim?
If he had played his cards differently?
There won’t be a redraw. They just move people around as always happens when people pull out.
The law is always open to interpretation.
That’s a both strength and a weakness of it.
Indeed Jim.
If we hadn't known about the medical exemption, I expect there'd have been a lot of grumbling among the public, but there would always have been the possibility that he'd been vaxxed in secret so nothing would have been done.
Which I suppose raises the question as to why Djokovic even said it. I guess it was to appeal to his anti-Vaxx fans.
Even if he hadn’t made a fuss about it I guess questions would have been asked about how a known vaccine sceptic came to be playing and it would have come out anyway.
If there was dishonesty involved then it appears the authorities don’t think they can prove it so they have chosen to interpret their immigration rules to enforce their original decision which of course they are entitled to do.
It may be that they fear public disorder as they hint but the notion he’s a risk to public health is laughable. Even allowing for the fact that Djokovic has form in spreading the virus elsewhere.
In this respect he is his own worst enemy but he doesn’t IMO shoulder the blame alone for this rather shambolic affair.
Such glee from the usual suspects.
emergency court hearing at 09h45 (UK time.......)
I still have this sneaking suspicion the Courts will rule in Djok's favour... we'll see.

If the Aus Government loses again it'll be a crushing embarrassment.
