When Boris was on his Brexit Campaign trail .,,He said he would remove VAT from Household energy bills ,
After Brexit..... Now he has got Brexit done......Boris has refused to remove VAT from Household energy bills
....................................More lies again from the King of the Con Men...never trust what a Con tells you..

Bobbinwales 18.08 ....Some 40% of the Worlds electricity and gas is still made from coal.... thought you being a Welsh man would have known that......

Boris's answer as to why he would not cut VAT on fuel was
Because if I do " It will help people who don't need help"
And that is how Boris sees it.
Back in 2016, Boris said, "When we Vote Leave, we will be able to scrap this unfair and damaging tax. It isn’t right that unelected bureaucrats in Brussels impose taxes on the poorest and elected British politicians can do nothing.”

Now that British politicians CAN do something, he said yesterday, removing VAT is, "a bit of a blunt instrument."

Would it not have been a blunt instrument back in 2016?

The prediction is ,that energy bills could rise by as much as 50% in April when the Price cap is lifted .If Boris does not want to get more unpopular than what he already is ...he needs to do something about it....now....

In the same month Energy bills will rise,,,, so will National Insurance
Is this what the Cons refer to as.......... "A double Whammy"
